I have always had a dream of becoming a writer. But to help support my family I worked as a custodian in a local school district for many years. Even while working, my creative mind wouldn'’t rest. I was constantly jotting down thoughts and ideas for a novel, whether it was with pen and paper or with crayon on paper towel!
Due to budget cuts, I lost my position as a custodian, causing a financial setback. Both despite and because of this and with my husband’s love and support I have been given the opportunity to pursue my dream. I graduated from “jotting” on a paper towel to creating my vision into the first of many novels.
